The Longmeadow Lancers (Longmeadow, MA) basketball crushed the visiting Chicopee Pacers (Chicopee, MA), 77-55 in Wednesday's league test.
The Lancers (11-6) will now prepare for their test against Sabis International (Springfield, MA). The Bulldogs go into the non-league test with a 14-1 record. In their last test, Sabis International walloped Commerce (Springfield, MA), 100-59, in a non-league test.
The Pacers now own a 2-13 record. They play next when they host Paulo Freire Social Justice Charter School for a non-league test on Friday, February 10. Chicopee will encounter a Panthers squad coming off a 79-54 non-league loss to Longmeadow (Longmeadow, MA). The Panthers record now stands at 6-8.
