With the victory, Nevada Union improves its record to 11-16 on the campaign. The Miners host Ponderosa (Shingle Springs, CA) to confront the Bruins in a Foothill Valley challenge on Friday, February 10. The Bruins come into the challenge with a record of 19-8. Ponderosa won 72-65 in their recent league challenge against Lincoln (Lincoln, CA)

Next up, the Vikings confront the Placer Hillmen (Auburn, CA) in a Foothill Valley challenge, on Friday, February 10. Oakmont will attempt to improve on its 5-21 season record. The Hillmen come into the challenge with a 22-5 record after their 80-51 league win over West Park (Roseville, CA).
