California High School Basketball - Yreka ripped by West Valley

The West Valley Eagles basketball team scored 53 points and held the visiting Yreka Miners to 31 in the Eagles league triumph on Wednesday.
The Eagles now sport a 18-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lassen for a Northern contest on Friday, February 10. West Valley will battle a Grizzlies team coming off a 65-38 league loss to University Prep (Redding, CA). The Grizzlies record now stands at 15-12.
The Miners (11-14) will now prepare for their contest against Central Valley (Shasta Lake, CA). The Falcons enter the Northern contest with a 4-21 record. In their last contest, Central Valley was routed by Anderson (Anderson, CA), 57-34, in a league contest.
