Arkansas High School Basketball - Benton trounces Hot Springs

The Benton Panthers (Benton, AR) basketball crushed the host Hot Springs Trojans (Hot Springs, AR), 63-28 in Wednesday's league test.
The Panthers (19-3) will now prepare for their test against Pine Bluff (Pine Bluff, AR). The Zebras go into the 5A South test with a 0-15 record. In their last test, Pine Bluff was trounced by White Hall (White Hall, AR), 48-36, in a league test.
The Trojans now own a 3-12 record. They play next when they travel to El Dorado for a 5A South test on Saturday, February 11. Hot Springs will encounter a Wildcats squad coming off a 66-60 league win over Sheridan (Sheridan, AR). The Wildcats record now stands at 10-8.
