Maryland High School Basketball - Bladensburg ripped by Laurel

The Laurel Spartans basketball team scored 64 points and held the visiting Bladensburg Mustangs to 11 in the Spartans league triumph on Wednesday.
The Spartans now sport a 10-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host DuVal for a Prince George's County 4A contest on Tuesday, February 14. Laurel will meet a Tigers team coming off a 58-37 league loss to Parkdale (Riverdale, MD). The Tigers record now stands at 6-12.
The Mustangs (0-15) will now prepare for their contest against Central (Capitol Heights, MD). The Falcons enter the Prince George's County 3A/2A/1A contest with a 7-11 record. In their last contest, Central triumphed over Douglass (Upper Marlboro, MD), 37-32, in a league contest.
