The Cary-Grove Trojans basketball team (Cary, IL), was overwhelmed 52-31 in Wednesday's league battle with the visiting Crystal Lake Central Tigers (Crystal Lake, IL)
The Tigers now possess a 16-11 record. They put it on the line next when they host Huntley for a Fox Valley battle on Friday, February 10. Crystal Lake Central will confront a Red Raiders team coming off a 51-38 league win over Dundee-Crown (Carpentersville, IL). The Red Raiders record now stands at 26-4.
The Trojans (12-16) will now prepare for their battle against Prairie Ridge (Crystal Lake, IL). The Wolves come into the Fox Valley battle with a 16-11 record. In their last battle, Prairie Ridge trounced Jacobs (Algonquin, IL), 46-33, in a league battle.
