The Hammond Central Red Devils (Hammond, NY) basketball felled the visiting Heuvelton Central Bulldogs (Heuvelton, NY), 62-44 in Wednesday's league test.
The Red Devils (14-0) will now prepare for their test against Alexandria Central (Alexandria Bay, NY). The Purple Ghosts go into the non-league test with a 1-3 record.
The Bulldogs now own a 8-9 record. They play next when they travel to Harrisville for a Section 10 West test on Thursday, February 9. Heuvelton Central will encounter a Pirates squad coming off a 59-34 league loss to Hammond Central (Hammond, NY). The Pirates record now stands at 5-11.
