Hays Hawks (Buda, TX) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Lehman Lobos (Kyle, TX), 71-10 in a league bout.

With the win, Hays upgrades its record to 34-3 on the season. The Hawks travel to Canyon (New Braunfels, TX) to clash with the Cougars in a non-league bout on Monday, February 13. The Cougars go into the bout with a record of 11-20. Canyon lost 86-26 in their recent league bout against Wagner (San Antonio, TX)
