The Patuxent Panthers basketball team (Lusby, MD), was overwhelmed 57-14 in Wednesday's league battle with the visiting Leonardtown Raiders (Leonardtown, MD)

The Raiders now possess a 11-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Calvert for a Southern Maryland battle on Friday, February 10. Leonardtown will confront a Cavaliers team coming off a 54-34 league loss to St. Charles (Waldorf, MD). The Cavaliers record now stands at 13-5.

The Panthers (0-12) will now prepare for their battle against Southern (Harwood, MD). The Bulldogs come into the non-league battle with a 7-11 record. In their last battle, Southern was overwhelmed by Broadneck (Annapolis, MD), 55-45, in a non-league battle.
