In Wednesday's league outing, the North Haven Hawks (North Haven, ME) basketball squad felled the visiting Temple Academy Bereans (Waterville, ME), by a margin of 40-31.

The Hawks (2-11) will now prepare for their outing against Islesboro Central (Islesboro, ME). The Eagles go into the D South outing with a 3-10 record. In their last outing, Islesboro Central was beaten by Pine Tree Academy (Freeport, ME), 37-33, in a league outing.

The Bereans now own a 2-14 record. They play next when they host Pine Tree Academy for a D South outing on Thursday, February 9. Temple Academy will clash with a Breakers squad coming off a 37-33 league win over Islesboro Central (Islesboro, ME). The Breakers record now stands at 8-9.
