The Washington Christian Academy basketball team (Olney, MD), was nudged 41-40 in Wednesday's league battle with the host Smith Jewish Day School Lions (Rockville, MD)
The Lions now possess a 3-1 record.
The (10-9) will now prepare for their battle against Sandy Spring Friends (Sandy Spring, MD). The Wildebeests go into the Potomac Valley outing with a 2-8 record. In their last outing, Sandy Spring Friends was tipped by Spencerville Adventist Academy (Spencerville, MD), 42-34, in a league outing.
