New York High School Basketball - Williamsville South routs Starpoint

In Wednesday's league outing, the Williamsville South Billies (Williamsville, NY) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Starpoint Spartans (Lockport, NY), by a margin of 61-38.

The Billies (15-1) will now prepare for their outing against Our Lady of Mercy (Rochester, NY). The Monarchs go into the non-league outing with a 5-10 record. In their last outing, Our Lady of Mercy was trounced by Bishop Kearney (Rochester, NY), 81-44, in a league outing.

The Spartans now own a 11-7 record. They play next when they travel to Williamsville East for a Section 6 Erie County II outing on Monday, February 13. Starpoint will clash with a Flames squad coming off a 57-37 non-league win over The Park School of Buffalo (Buffalo, NY). The Flames record now stands at 7-12.
