The Appomattox County Raiders (Appomattox, VA) basketball nipped the visiting Nelson County Governors (Lovingston, VA), 39-36 in Wednesday's non-league test.
The Raiders (11-5) will now prepare for their test against Gretna (Gretna, VA). The Hawks go into the non-league test with a 6-8 record. In their last test, Gretna got by Nelson County (Lovingston, VA), 51-34, in a non-league test.
