The Atlantic Shores Christian Seahawks (Chesapeake, VA) basketball knocked off the host Greenbrier Christian Academy Gators (Chesapeake, VA), 55-43 in Thursday's league test.
The Seahawks (14-12) will now prepare for their test against Norfolk Collegiate (Norfolk, VA). The Mighty Oaks go into the non-league test with a 22-4 record. In their last test, Norfolk Collegiate notched a victory over Walsingham Academy (Williamsburg, VA), 79-25, in a league test.
The Gators now own a 10-8 record. They play next when they host Broadwater Academy for a VISAA Division III test on Friday, February 9. Greenbrier Christian Academy will play a Vikings squad coming off a 64-24 league loss to Atlantic Shores Christian (Chesapeake, VA). The Vikings record now stands at 5-11.
