In Thursday's league outing, the Austin-East Roadrunners (Knoxville, TN) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Oneida Indians (Oneida, TN), by a margin of 73-51.
The Roadrunners (16-9) will now prepare for their outing against Gatlinburg-Pittman (Gatlinburg, TN). The Highlanders go into the 2A District 2 outing with a 22-5 record.
The Indians now own a 11-7 record. They play next when they host Oliver Springs for a non-league outing on Friday, February 9. Oneida will clash with a Bobcats squad coming off a 70-42 league win over Coalfield (Coalfield, TN). The Bobcats record now stands at 14-11.
