The Sentinel Spartans basketball team scored 47 points and held the host Capital Bruins to 44 in the Spartans league triumph on Thursday.

The Spartans now sport a 9-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Hellgate for a AA Western contest on Thursday, February 15. Sentinel will battle a Knights team coming off a 54-51 non-league win over Capital (Helena, MT). The Knights record now stands at 14-1.

The Bruins (4-9) will now prepare for their contest against Hellgate (Missoula, MT). The Knights enter the non-league contest with a 13-1 record. In their last contest, Hellgate nudged Helena (Helena, MT), 61-52, in a non-league contest.
