New Jersey High School Basketball - St. John-Vianney knocked off by Central Regional

The Central Regional Golden Eagles basketball team scored 56 points and held the host St. John-Vianney Lancers to 44 in the Golden Eagles non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Golden Eagles now sport a 19-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Holmdel for a non-league contest on Saturday, February 10. Central Regional will meet a Hornets team coming off a 61-59 non-league win over Manalapan (Englishtown, NJ). The Hornets record now stands at 18-2.
The Lancers (12-12) will now prepare for their contest against College Achieve (Asbury Park, NJ). The Knights enter the non-league contest with a 17-13 record. In their last contest, College Achieve ran past St. Peter's Prep (Jersey City, NJ), 67-63, in a non-league contest.
