The Goodridge/Grygla Chargers basketball team scored 87 points and held the host Clearbrook-Gonvick Bears to 63 in the Chargers league triumph on Thursday.
The Chargers now sport a 19-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Stephen-Argyle Central for a A Section 8 contest on Saturday, February 10. Goodridge/Grygla will meet a Storm team coming off a 90-75 non-league win over Roseau (Roseau, MN). The Storm record now stands at 6-18.
The Bears (4-17) will now prepare for their contest against Kittson Central/Lancaster (Hallock, MN). The Bearcats enter the A Section 8 contest with a 7-10 record. In their last contest, Kittson Central/Lancaster was routed by Warren-Alvarado-Oslo (Warren, MN), 61-58, in a league contest.
