The Oostburg Flying Dutchmen basketball team scored 72 points and held the visiting Sheboygan Christian Eagles to 36 in the Flying Dutchmen league triumph on Thursday.
In their next game, the Flying Dutchmen meet the Martin Luther Spartans (Greendale, WI) in a non-league match, on Tuesday, February 13. Oostburg will attempt to move on its 13-7 season record. The Spartans enter the match with a 9-12 record after their 54-51 league win over Shoreland Lutheran (Somers, WI).
With the defeat, Sheboygan Christian moves to 3-17 on the year. The Eagles host St. Lawrence Seminary (Mount Calvary, WI) to meet the Hilltoppers in a non-league match on Thursday, February 15. The Hilltoppers enter the match with a record of 5-10.
