St. Patrick Fighting Irish (Biloxi, MS) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host St. Stanislaus Rock-a-Chaws (Bay St. Louis, MS), 53-42 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, St. Patrick upgrades its record to 20-7 on the campaign. The Fighting Irish travel to Tylertown (Tylertown, MS) to play the Chiefs in a non-league bout on Friday, February 9. The Chiefs come into the bout with a record of 14-4. Tylertown won 60-24 in their recent non-league bout against West Marion (Foxworth, MS)
