Norwayne Bobcats (Creston, OH) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Chippewa Chipps (Doylestown, OH), 48-24 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Norwayne upgrades its record to 6-0 on the season. The Bobcats host Coventry (Akron, OH) to play the Comets in a non-league bout on Saturday, February 17. The Comets go into the bout with a record of 1-0.

Next up, the Chipps play the Waynedale Golden Bears (Apple Creek, OH) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, February 17. Chippewa will attempt to upgrade on its 2-3 season record.
