The Navajo Prep Eagles (Farmington, NM) basketball felled the visiting Thoreau Hawks (Thoreau, NM), 70-50 in Thursday's non-league test.

The Eagles (9-5) will now prepare for their test against Zuni (Zuni, NM). The Thunderbirds go into the non-league test with a 4-3 record.

The Hawks now own a 4-4 record. They play next when they travel to Tohatchi for a non-league test on Saturday, February 10.
