Bethlehem Academy Cardinals (Faribault, MN) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Medford Tigers (Medford, MN), 50-38 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Bethlehem Academy upgrades its record to 11-11 on the season. The Cardinals travel to Blooming Prairie (Blooming Prairie, MN) to clash with the Awesome Blossoms in a A Section 1 bout on Friday, February 9. The Awesome Blossoms go into the bout with a record of 13-9. Blooming Prairie lost 57-51 in their recent non-league bout against Triton (Dodge Center, MN)

Next up, the Tigers clash with the Maple River Eagles (Mapleton, MN) in a AA Section 2 bout, on Friday, February 9. Medford will attempt to upgrade on its 3-20 season record. The Eagles go into the bout with a 32-10 record after their 61-51 non-league win over Hatton/Northwood (Northwood, ND).
