Fans at Thursday's league challenge between the Bloomfield Bees (Bloomfield, NE) and the visiting Creighton Bulldogs (Creighton, NE), saw Bloomfield's basketball squad overcome Creighton by a tally of 50-39.

With the victory, Bloomfield improves its record to 8-13 on the campaign.

Next up, the Bulldogs confront the Plainview Pirates (Plainview, NE) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, February 9. Creighton will attempt to improve on its 5-14 season record. The Pirates come into the challenge with a 14-6 record after their 50-36 non-league loss to O'Neill (O'Neill, NE).
