In Thursday's non-league outing, the Caldwell County Tigers (Princeton, KY) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Trigg County Wildcats (Cadiz, KY), by a margin of 62-32.

The Tigers (7-16) will now prepare for their outing against Lyon County (Eddyville, KY). The Lyons go into the non-league outing with a 15-8 record.

The Wildcats now own a 3-20 record. They play next when they travel to Christian County for a non-league outing on Friday, February 9. Trigg County will clash with a Colonels squad coming off a 86-12 league win over Fort Campbell (Fort Campbell, KY). The Colonels record now stands at 13-8.
