Fans at Thursday's league challenge between the Carrollton Trojans (Carrollton, MO) and the visiting Lafayette County Huskers (Higginsville, MO), saw Carrollton's basketball squad overcome Lafayette County by a tally of 51-41.

With the victory, Carrollton improves its record to 14-9 on the campaign. The Trojans host Tina-Avalon (Tina, MO) to confront the Dragons in a non-league challenge on Saturday, February 10. The Dragons come into the challenge with a record of 3-12.

Next up, the Huskers confront the Richmond Spartans (Richmond, MO) in a Missouri River Valley - East challenge, on Tuesday, February 13. Lafayette County will attempt to improve on its 13-12 season record.
