The Collins Tigers basketball team (Collins, MS), was overwhelmed 65-26 in Thursday's non-league battle with the visiting Heidelberg Oilers (Heidelberg, MS)
The Oilers now possess a 17-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to North Forrest for a non-league battle on Friday, February 9.
The Tigers (7-18) will now prepare for their battle against North Forrest (Hattiesburg, MS). The Eagles come into the 2A Region 8 battle with a 8-18 record. In their last battle, North Forrest was overwhelmed by Collins (Collins, MS), 47-38, in a league battle.
