The Echo Cougars basketball team (Echo, OR), was nudged 36-32 in Thursday's non-league battle with the host North Clackamas Christian Saints (Oregon City, OR)

The Saints now sport a 18-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Columbia Christian for a 1A Valley 10 battle on Friday, February 9. North Clackamas Christian will battle a Knights team coming off a 50-19 non-league loss to Perrydale (Amity, OR). The Knights record now stands at 1-18.

The Cougars (16-7) will now prepare for their battle against Elgin (Elgin, OR). The Huskies come into the 1A Old Oregon battle with a 9-10 record.
