The Wilson Christian Academy Chargers basketball team scored 45 points and restricted the visiting Hilltop Christian Chargers to 21 in the Chargers league victory on Thursday.

The Chargers now sport a 16-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Living Water Christian for a NCCSA AA East Region 4 contest on Friday, February 9. Wilson Christian Academy will battle a Warriors team coming off a 50-49 league win over Greenville Christian Academy (Greenville, NC). The Warriors record now stands at 6-5.

The Chargers (9-11) will now prepare for their contest against Wilmington Christian Academy (Wilmington, NC). The Patriots come into the NCCSA AA East Region 4 contest with a 10-9 record. In their last contest, Wilmington Christian Academy triumphed over Liberty Christian Academy (Richlands, NC), 43-20, in a non-league contest.
