With the win, Leake County upgrades its record to 11-14 on the season. The Gators host Taylorsville (Taylorsville, MS) to clash with the Tartars in a non-league bout on Friday, February 9. The Tartars go into the bout with a record of 17-11. Taylorsville won 56-20 in their recent league bout against Mount Olive (Mount Olive, MS)

Next up, the Red Devils clash with the Mount Olive Pirates (Mount Olive, MS) in a non-league bout, on Friday, February 9. Stringer will attempt to upgrade on its 6-18 season record. The Pirates go into the bout with a 3-15 record after their 56-20 league loss to Taylorsville (Taylorsville, MS).
