The Wagoner Bulldogs basketball team scored 57 points and held the host Miami Wardogs to 27 in the Bulldogs league triumph on Thursday.
The Bulldogs now sport a 15-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Sequoyah for a non-league contest on Friday, February 9. Wagoner will meet a Indians team coming off a 58-56 non-league win over Quinton (Quinton, OK). The Indians record now stands at 8-12.
The Wardogs (5-13) will now prepare for their contest against Sequoyah (Claremore, OK). The Eagles enter the Verdigris Valley contest with a 4-17 record. In their last contest, Sequoyah triumphed over Salina (Salina, OK), 56-50, in a non-league contest.
