The Moose Lake/Willow River Rebels basketball team scored 50 points and restricted the visiting Two Harbors Agates to 48 in the Rebels league victory on Thursday.

The Rebels now sport a 7-14 record. They put it on the line next when they host South Ridge for a non-league contest on Monday, February 12. Moose Lake/Willow River will battle a Panthers team coming off a 30-29 league win over Cromwell (Cromwell, MN). The Panthers record now stands at 19-4.

The Agates (4-21) will now prepare for their contest against Denfeld (Duluth, MN). The Hunters come into the non-league contest with a 3-22 record. In their last contest, Denfeld was nudged by Hinckley-Finlayson (Hinckley, MN), 75-33, in a non-league contest.
