The Valley Vikings basketball team (Gilcrest, CO), dropped 54-34 in Thursday's league battle with the host University Bulldogs (Greeley, CO)
The Bulldogs now sport a 17-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Sterling for a 4A Patriot battle on Saturday, February 10. University will battle a Tigers team coming off a 64-34 league loss to Resurrection Christian (Loveland, CO). The Tigers record now stands at 9-12.
The Vikings (7-12) will now prepare for their battle against Weld Central (Keenesburg, CO). The Rebels enter the 4A Patriot match with a 5-15 record. In their last match, Weld Central was outscored by Eaton (Eaton, CO), 55-18, in a league match.
