The Atlantic Shores Christian Seahawks basketball team scored 54 points and restricted the host Greenbrier Christian Academy Gators to 35 in the Seahawks league victory on Thursday.
The Seahawks now sport a 12-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Norfolk Collegiate for a non-league contest on Friday, February 9. Atlantic Shores Christian will battle a Mighty Oaks team coming off a 82-25 league win over Hampton Roads Academy (Newport News, VA). The Mighty Oaks record now stands at 16-1.
The Gators (1-8) will now prepare for their contest against Broadwater Academy (Exmore, VA). The Vikings come into the contest with a 13-6 record. In their last contest, Broadwater Academy prevailed over Atlantic Shores Christian (Chesapeake, VA), 66-49, in a league contest.
