In Thursday's non-league match, the visiting Carlisle Chiefs basketball team scored a good 57-46 triumph over the Southwest Virginia Academy Conquerors.
In their next game, the Chiefs meet the Lynchburg HomeSchool Patriots (Lynchburg, VA) in a non-league match, on Friday, February 9. Carlisle will attempt to better on its 4-13 season record. The Patriots enter the match with a 4-9 record after their 52-18 league loss to Fredericksburg Victory (Fredericksburg, VA).
With the defeat, Southwest Virginia Academy moves to 1-3 on the year.
