Goshen Central Gladiators (Goshen, NY) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Monticello Panthers (Monticello, NY), 41-26 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Goshen Central upgrades its record to 10-5 on the season. The Gladiators travel to Warwick (Warwick, NY) to clash with the Wildcats in a non-league bout on Friday, February 9. The Wildcats go into the bout with a record of 6-10. Warwick won 47-45 in their recent non-league bout against Cornwall Central (New Windsor, NY)

Next up, the Panthers clash with the Cornwall Central Dragons (New Windsor, NY) in a non-league bout, on Monday, February 12. Monticello will attempt to upgrade on its 2-11 season record.
