The Girard Indians basketball team scored 59 points and limited the host South Range Raiders to 55 in the Indians league triumph on Saturday.

The Indians now have a 12-8 record. They play next when they host McKinley for a Northeast 8 game on Tuesday, February 11. Girard will confront a Red Dragons team coming off a 69-64 league loss to South Range (Canfield, OH). The Red Dragons record now stands at 7-12.

With the loss, South Range falls to 15-4 on the campaign. The Raiders host Howland (Warren, OH) to confront the Tigers in a non-league game on Tuesday, February 11. The Tigers go into the game with a record of 8-11. Howland lost 66-56 in their recent non-league game against Ursuline (Youngstown, OH)
