The Haynesville Golden Tornado bounced the visiting Summerfield Rebels basketball squad by a final score of 72-34 in Saturday's non-league outing.
Next, the Golden Tornado clash with the Ringgold Redskins (Ringgold, LA) in a 1A District 1 outing, on Tuesday, February 11. Haynesville will attempt to upgrade on its 12-2 season record. The Redskins come into the outing with a 10-17 record after their 72-32 league win over Glenbrook (Minden, LA).
The Rebels (11-22) will now prepare for their outing against North Webster (Springhill, LA). The Knights come into the non-league outing with a 3-19 record. In their last outing, North Webster was overwhelmed by Sterlington (Sterlington, LA), 72-43, in a league outing.
