Cibola Cougars (Albuquerque, NM) boosters left the game satisfied Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad nudge the host Albuquerque Bulldogs (Albuquerque, NM), 62-56 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Cibola upgrades its record to 8-6 on the year. The Cougars travel to Piedra Vista (Farmington, NM) to face the Panthers in a non-league match on Wednesday, February 12. The Panthers enter the match with a record of 0-6. Piedra Vista lost 79-13 in their recent non-league match against Volcano Vista (Albuquerque, NM)
The Bulldogs now sport a 8-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Los Lunas for a non-league match on Friday, February 14.
