The San Marcos Knights basketball team scored 83 points and limited the visiting Mt. Carmel Sundevils to 50 in the Knights league triumph on Saturday.

The Knights now have a 20-2 record. They play next when they host Del Norte for a non-league game on Saturday, February 8.

With the loss, Mt. Carmel falls to 8-8 on the campaign. The Sundevils travel to Mission Hills (San Marcos, CA) to confront the Grizzlies in a game on Saturday, February 8. The Grizzlies go into the game with a record of 4-4. Mission Hills lost 48-47 in their recent league game against Westview (San Diego, CA)
