The St. Mary Eagles were victorious over the host Benzie Central Huskies basketball squad by a final score of 35-26 in Saturday's non-league outing.
Next, the Eagles clash with the Traverse City HomeSchool Bulldogs (Traverse City, MI) in a non-league outing, on Tuesday, February 11. St. Mary will attempt to upgrade on its 10-4 season record. The Bulldogs enter the outing with a 5-2 record after their 41-3 non-league win over Boyne Falls (Boyne Falls, MI).
The Huskies (2-11) will now prepare for their outing against Onekama (Onekama, MI). The Portagers enter the Northwest outing with a 13-4 record. In their last outing, Onekama ran past Mason County Central (Scottville, MI), 57-54, in a non-league outing.
