The crowd at Saturday's league challenge between the Coweta Tigers (Coweta, OK) and the visiting Edison Eagles (Tulsa, OK), observed Coweta's basketball team overwhelm Edison by a score of 65-23.

The Tigers (18-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Will Rogers College (Tulsa, OK). The Ropers come into the 5A District 4 challenge with a 13-7 record. In their last challenge, Will Rogers College was routed by McAlester (McAlester, OK), 45-43, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Eagles encounter the Pryor Tigers (Pryor, OK) in a 5A District 4 challenge, on Tuesday, February 11. Edison will attempt to improve on its 3-21 season record. The Tigers come into the challenge with a 12-5 record after their 56-41 league win over Tahlequah (Tahlequah, OK).
