In Saturday's non-league contest, the host Lakes International Language Academy basketball team scored a good 63-44 triumph over the Heritage Christian Academy Eagles.

The (16-8) will now prepare for their contest against United Christian Academy (Bloomington, MN). The Eagles go into the non-league contest with a 11-6 record. In their last contest, United Christian Academy was topped by Blake (Minneapolis, MN), 57-48, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Eagles battle the Lester Prairie Bulldogs (Lester Prairie, MN) in a A Section 4 contest, on Tuesday, February 11. Heritage Christian Academy will attempt to better on its 5-13 season record. The Bulldogs go into the contest with a 17-6 record after their 80-74 non-league win over St. Mary's (Sleepy Eye, MN).
