The crowd at Saturday's league challenge between the Lakewood Rangers (Lakewood, OH) and the visiting Valley Forge Patriots (Parma Heights, OH), observed Lakewood's basketball team overwhelm Valley Forge by a score of 58-14.
The Rangers (9-11) will now prepare for their challenge against North Olmsted (North Olmsted, OH). The Eagles come into the Cleveland West challenge with a 7-14 record. In their last challenge, North Olmsted was routed by Rocky River (Rocky River, OH), 48-29, in a league challenge.
In their next game, the Patriots battle the Elyria Pioneers (Elyria, OH) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, February 10. Valley Forge will attempt to improve on its 0-20 season record. The Pioneers come into the challenge with a 2-19 record after their 50-25 league loss to Steele (Amherst, OH).
