The Tipton Tigers basketball team scored 49 points and limited the host Lisbon Lions to 37 in the Tigers non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Tigers now possess a 14-6 record. They play next when they host West Branch for a River Valley - South game on Tuesday, February 11. Tipton will confront a Bears team coming off a 46-41 league loss to Wilton (Wilton, IA). The Bears record now stands at 3-17.

With the loss, Lisbon falls to 10-12 on the campaign. The Lions host Beckman (Dyersville, IA) to confront the Trailblazers in a non-league game on Saturday, February 8. The Trailblazers go into the game with a record of 1-14. Beckman lost 44-22 in their recent non-league game against Bellevue (Bellevue, IA)
