The Otter Valley Otters (Brandon, VT) basketball were winner over the visiting Springfield Cosmos (Springfield, VT), 47-38 in Saturday's league bout.
The Otters now possess a 4-10 record. They play next when they host West Rutland for a Marble Valley - B bout on Monday, February 10. Otter Valley will play a Golden Horde team coming off a 54-49 non-league win over Hazen (Hardwick, VT). The Golden Horde record now stands at 13-2.
With the loss, Springfield falls to 6-9 on the campaign. The Cosmos host Brattleboro (Brattleboro, VT) to play the Bears in a non-league bout on Tuesday, February 11. The Bears go into the bout with a record of 8-6.
