In Saturday's non-league contest, the host Cleveland Storm basketball team scored a good 45-30 triumph over the La Cueva Bears.
The Storm (14-2) will now prepare for their contest against Farmington (Farmington, NM). The Scorpions go into the non-league contest with a 7-4 record. In their last contest, Farmington topped Rio Rancho (Rio Rancho, NM), 44-40, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Bears battle the Eldorado Golden Eagles (Albuquerque, NM) in a non-league contest, on Monday, February 10. La Cueva will attempt to better on its 4-4 season record. The Golden Eagles go into the contest with a 11-8 record after their 41-26 non-league win over Manzano (Albuquerque, NM).
