The crowd at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Northville Mustangs (Northville, MI) and the visiting Canton Cobras (Canton, MI), witnessed Northville's ice hockey team defeat Canton by a score of 8-1.

The Mustangs (23-8) will now prepare for their challenge against South Lyon (South Lyon, MI). The Lions come into the Kensington Lakes - Central challenge with a 9-14 record. In their last challenge, South Lyon got by Novi (Novi, MI), 9-5, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Cobras battle the Farmington Falcons (Farmington, MI) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, February 12. Canton will attempt to better on its 5-20 season record. The Falcons come into the challenge with a 5-18 record after their 8-1 league loss to Lake Orion (Lake Orion, MI).
