Connecticut High School Ice Hockey - East Haven nips Watertown/Pomperaug

In Saturday's league contest, the host East Haven Yellowjackets ice hockey team scored a close 2-1 triumph over the Watertown/Pomperaug Indians.
The Yellowjackets (14-1) will now prepare for their contest against Westhill (Stamford, CT). The Vikings come into the non-league contest with a 4-7 record.
In their next game, the Indians battle the Amity Regional Spartans (Woodbridge, CT) in a Southern Connecticut - DII contest, on Saturday, February 15. Watertown/Pomperaug will attempt to better on its 5-8 season record.
