The Mt. Hope Huskies basketball team scored 56 points and limited the visiting Prout Crusaders to 44 in the Huskies non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Huskies now have a 12-1 record. They play next when they travel to Scituate for a game on Monday, February 10. Mt. Hope will confront a Spartans team coming off a 44-24 non-league win over Plainfield (Central Village, CT). The Spartans record now stands at 9-9.

With the loss, Prout falls to 7-6 on the campaign. The Crusaders host Exeter-West Greenwich (West Greenwich, RI) to confront the Scarlet Knights in a non-league game on Saturday, February 8. The Scarlet Knights go into the game with a record of 3-2.
